When will I receive my order?

Order processing takes 2-5 business days because we weave each tapestry per order. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. Together, you can expect to receive your order 4-10 business days after placing your order. 

To track your order, click here and enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. You will then be able to see all of your order and shipping info.

What is your return policy?

Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns requested within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are typically unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. However, there is a short window of time in which you can submit a request to edit or cancel your order. Visit our Contact Us page and send us a message to see if we're able to adjust your order.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship to the USA, Canada, Ireland, UK, Australia, and Germany. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we have only made shipping available to those countries. 

However, you can Contact Us for a custom shipping solution on a per order basis if you live in another country.

What are your blanket care instructions?

All woven throw blankets are 100% cotton and woven in the USA.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for an item from our website if it goes on sale within 14 days of your order shipment date. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to the original form of payment.
