Returns + Exchanges
You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 30 days of delivery. Items returned not in original condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the shipping address on file. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
For eligible U.S. returns, a $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
To return merchandise purchased on goodmerchantco.com, follow these easy steps:
1. Find Your Order Number
Locate your order number in your order confirmation email that was sent to the email you listed at checkout at the time of purchase. Next, scroll to the bottom of this page and find our contact form. Fill out the form details completely and select “Start My Return”. Click submit!
2. Check Your Email & Print Your Return Label
After you've submitted your return request form, we’ll reply back to you within 24-48 hours with a return label. Follow the instructions to print your free pre-paid return shipping label. When complete, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a copy of your return label in case you need it.
3. Attach Return Label
Next, get your package ready to mail back to us. Add your items and tape your package securely. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package. You’re all set! Just schedule a pickup or drop off at any authorized facility for the designated carrier on your shipping label.
Return shipping labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US and no additional postage is required. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for refund processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
*At this time, we do not provide exchanges, however, we do allow customers to return a product for a refund by following the instructions above. Separately, customers may place a new order for a different product.
